1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds​

We accept returns within ​​30 days​​ of delivery only if:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

​2. Non-Returnable Items​

ALL​​ products are ​​FINAL SALE​​ if:
❌ Hygiene seals are broken or missing.
❌ Product shows signs of use (including removed protective films).
❌ Products classified as:

3. Return Process​

(Do NOT write “PUEASY” or product details on the box)

​Step 3​: Refund issued within 14 business days of receipt.

​4. Refund Methods​

Original payment method (7–14 business days).

Store credit (instant issuance + 10% bonus if chosen).

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

​5. Exchanges​

Exchanges are available ​​only for unopened items​​. Email us with the requested replacement product. Shipping fees apply.

​6. Undeliverable Packages​

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Refusal by recipient
  • Customs rejection

We will refund the product cost (minus shipping & 15% restocking fee).
