1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Unopened & Unused Items:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if:
✅ Product is in its original sealed packaging (intact hygiene seals).
✅ Product is unused, undamaged, and resellable.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
Defective or Damaged Items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ Photos/video of the defect/damage.
✅ Original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
ALL products are FINAL SALE if:
❌ Hygiene seals are broken or missing.
❌ Product shows signs of use (including removed protective films).
❌ Products classified as:
- Open-box items (sold at discount).
- Sensitive items:
• Anal toys • Penis sleeves • Nipple toys • Any insertable product. - Bundles/kits where seals are broken.
This complies with health regulations prohibiting resale of intimate goods.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Email pueasyadulttoys@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product name & reason for return
- Photos of sealed packaging
Step 2: If approved, we’ll email:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number
- Discreet shipping instructions (no branding on package)
- Return Adress
(Do NOT write “PUEASY” or product details on the box)
Step 3: Refund issued within 14 business days of receipt.
4. Refund Methods
Original payment method (7–14 business days).
Store credit (instant issuance + 10% bonus if chosen).
Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for unopened items. Email us with the requested replacement product. Shipping fees apply.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refusal by recipient
- Customs rejection
We will refund the product cost (minus shipping & 15% restocking fee).
7. Special Circumstances
Wrong Item Shipped: We cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately.
Lost/Delayed Shipment: Contact us for tracking escalation or reshipment/refund.
